Shipping policy

Free shipping on orders over $49

Spend $49 or more and shipping is on us — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed. Under $49, it's a flat rate:

- Standard — $5.95 · 3–6 business days
- Express — $15.00 · 1–3 business days
- Free Standard shipping on every order $49 and over

You'll see the exact shipping cost — and whether you've hit free shipping — before you pay.

Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday go out the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Where we ship
We ship across the United States. International rates are calculated live at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.

International orders
Customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in what you pay us. International delivery estimates don't include time spent in customs, which is outside our control.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we can't control carrier delays. That said — if your order doesn't arrive, or turns up damaged, email info@skinnystraws.com with your order number and we'll make it right.

Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll resend it once you cover the reshipping cost.
